MoGhraOps — called, showing up, reaching the nation

Vision & Reach

Leadership

At MoGhraOps, leadership is not defined by title — it is defined by the weight of responsibility carried in service of the work, the mission, and the people entrusted to the Forge.

Stewards of the Forge

MoGhraOps is guided by stewards — not executives. Those who lead here do so by example, restraint, and an unwavering fidelity to the craft. They remain close to the work, close to the mission, and close to the people they serve.

In the Guild model, seniority is measured not by tenure or title, but by mastery and the willingness to mentor. Every leader at MoGhraOps is a practitioner first.

Founder & Managing Director

Roger Lee McCoy, Jr.

Focus: Vision · Mission Integrity · The Four Loves

The Founder bears ultimate responsibility for the standards of the Forge and the well-being of every person entrusted to it. As a Service-Disabled Veteran, his leadership is shaped by a life of service and a conviction that disciplined engineering and care for the human person are inseparable.

He leads from the bench — remaining deeply connected to the technical reality of the mission while stewarding the vision, culture, and integrity of MoGhraOps.

Director of Operations

Patricia May Lambrose

Focus: Operational Excellence · Partnership Alignment · Fellowship Support

Patricia is the operational anchor of the MoGhraOps Forge. With a career defined by meticulous organization and a reputation for unwavering integrity, she oversees the vital systems that keep the mission moving forward.

At MoGhraOps, Patricia ensures that our Love of Progress is matched by a commitment to transparency and precision — stewarding our resources and our culture with the same level of care, so that every Fellow and every partner is supported by a foundation of absolute trust and operational excellence.

A Community of Practice

MoGhraOps operates as a fellowship where seniority is measured by mastery and the willingness to mentor. Leadership here is not a position to be protected — it is a responsibility to be carried.

Practitioners First

Our leaders remain at the bench, deeply connected to the technical reality of the mission. We do not lead from a distance.

Mentors Always

True leadership is the act of supporting others as they become the best versions of themselves. Growth is not optional here — it is the culture.

Stewards of Trust

We are bound by shared standards, shared responsibility, and shared care for the work — and for the missions that depend on it.
